joy electric's "the white songbook" is amazing. i ordered "the tick tock treasury". should be here in the next few days. i cant wait for the show on the 19th. i have some new songs that i really want to play... badly.
anyways.. everyone needs to buy a yearbook this year, it is the best yearbook ever! the yearbook processing company actually called us and said that this yearbook looks really good, and that we should enter it in a judging. mr tangney told us that yearbook companies never call the high schools and tell them that.
i'm still waiting for a letter from UCF, they are slow. slow like molasses, or like the E.S.E. kids.

oww oww, just found out that i was accepted to florida state university!! this rocks.
i'm at my grandparents house in bradenton, i helped them put up decorations. i got the early november cd... not as good as i hoped, but its still good. i like the dvd better.
but who cares? i'm going to college!!

this weekend was very eventful. i was with jenna everyday this week... man i'm getting sick of her! I'M JOKING. i love you jenna. friday i went to the mall (with jenna) to check out the new american eagle. its the only one that carries my "extra small" sizes. It is also interesting that a few of the daytona "HARDCORE" kids work there now, all dressed up in their sweaters.
saturday was fun.. i slept in for the first time in a long long time. usually i wake up at like 8. so then i headed out for bball. i was the ref. there has to be a ref, or else people might get hurt. then i watched family guy the rest of the night (with jenna).
SUNDAY was awesome. after church, my youth group went on a video scavenger hunt (with jenna), so much fun. my group was totoally awesome and we won, because we are so awesome, and we are awesome, and we are awesome..
then i stayed up until 12 working on a song for a christmas show... man its going to be a good one.

i went over to mr. brian tates house tonight, and i must say i had an awesome time jamming.
he just got a new keyboard... the ROLAND FANTOM! the keyboard is so cool that the roland company doesn't have to spell "phantom" correctly. its crazy, but not as crazy as a MOOG LIBERATION!!

well sheesh, this morning i woke up to go take the SATs, certain it would be a terrible morning. but it was the funnest morning i had in a while.
our testing room contained: myself, jenna, mark, rachel, josh cobb, josh downs, john Mc, and danny finerman... talk about awesome! our instructor, ms. johnson, was a total *female dog*, but the SAT crew was determined to make the best of the situation. when she turned her back, strange gestures were directed in her direction by various people for the whole class to see. it was overall fun. i never had that much fun taking a test before.
then chris came over, practiced (i love this band), went to wal mart to get lights, rented "sasquatch", invited jenna over and the three of us watched it. terrible movie. lame monster. strange (and annoying) cinematography. Dont go out of your way to see "sasquatch", but hey, i had fun making fun of it with my girlfriend and my best friend.

all the bands did awesome, and the new stereodiary cd is worth buying, its not just another local band demo, it sounds really good.

man, i cant wait to play this show on the 5th. I havent played a show in a friggin year. for a musician, thats hell.
When i die and i go to heaven, its going to be a place a little bigger than the social, but not as big as house of blues, and its going to be chris and I in the syntax error playing with phil collins NONSTOP, and everyone is going to be having a good time, and they wont get sick of our songs, because, hey, its heaven!
But if i go to hell, i'm going to be condemned to play in a city that offers only two places for bands to play, and the city doesn't even have a mall or anything....
...seeing as though i'm already going through hell, my chances at playing with phil collins in heaven are looking pretty good.
